What is MOUSETREK? Founded by Damien Metz, of Las Vegas's U.S.S. Columbia, MOUSETREK has been running continuously in California for over 9 years. Named to coincide with Trek's movies, Mousetrek is guaranteed to be a great time. Click here for more of the Mousetrek story: http://www.mousetrek.org/ The whole thing started when I was playing around on the computer one day and put a top view of the Galaxy-Class on the screen. and put it over the top of the Earth... it just looked like it need to be tilted, so I did, then mirrored it. so we ended up with this funny-mouse-head logo, and I wanted to do something with it, so we had the trip, and this is year 8. "plus 3 Halloween Treks 2 at Mickeys Halloween Treat in Disneyland, and one last year as a 3 day park-4day cruise to Disneyworld." Nothing mandatory, just a lot of people having fun... Thanks to Damien for inviting us to participate. . In 2002, the USS Haven jumped in at the request of Tampa's USS Mosaic joining the Columbia by sponsoring a simultaneous visit to Orlando's Magic Kingdom, making MOUSETREK a NATIONWIDE event. . In 2003, we toured Epcot and in 2004 we visited Diswny's MGM Studios. . In 2005 we enjoyed a day at Cypress Gardens Adventure Park. SHAMU at Sea World Orlando was our East Coast theme for 2006. . |
Registration for MOUSETREK 2007 is FREE. Simply send an Email to ghost@lvdi.net in Las Vegas (West Coast at California's Disneyland) Since Disney World has raised their prices to over $70 for a one day ticket, the USS Haven will not be hosting East Coast Mousetrek in 2007.
